Who is responsible for product damage or loss during transit?

iDreamMart shall carefully pack your merchandise before having them dispatched to you. And we are quite sorry to hear if the product was found damaged after you unwrapped the package.

You can just take photos of the damaged package and send them to support@idreammart.com.

A full refund on the item fare will be offered for your new purchase without sending the original one back to our warehouse, this may cost you too much for package return.
