Do you have a guarantee or warranty for delivery?

The policy for the below situation is divided into two causes which originated by iDreammart and for customer’s own views respectively.

The period for international shipment is from iDreammart sorting center to customer’s designated shipping address.

Item out of stock

Full refund will be offered to your account in the situation of customer refuse to receive the package or fail of receiving the package due to item out of stock.

The policy is adoptable by items in none custom made and custom made mode.

In delay of order processing

iDreammart may refund for none custom made and custom made order in the event of delay on the order processing period.

In delay of international shipment

Please be kind understanding that iDreamMart is unable of controling the international shipment after the package been dispatched from the sorting center. For order was delayed due to the international shipment in whereof the package was shipped under normal processing period, iDreamMart shall offer no refund for the related circumstance.

Wrong item or package sent/Missing product - send wrong items or missing products

Full refund is offered for the miss and wrongly shipping of package.

Please be sure to open the parcel and checking the content of items before sign to receive. iDreammart will offer reshipping service in the event of miss and wrongly shipping of accessories, a full refund on the item fare is offered in the event of stock of accessories are unavailable for reshipping.

Lost package

For customer hasn’t received the package after 10 days of dispatching from iDreammart sorting center. It is acceptable for customer offer shipping claim via here for further checking on the shipment with the following criteria:

  1. Order #
  2. Item #
  3. Tacking #
  4. Request: refund or return
  5. The answer to the following questions are required:
    1. If you have checked the package all around the house?
    2. If you inquired your relatives or neighbor for package receiving?
    3. If you ever contacted the shipping carrier?
    4. If the package been detained by the customs?

iDreaMmart will offer reshipping service in the event of miss and wrongly shipping of accessories, a full refund on the item fare is offered in the event of stock of accessories are unavailable for reshipping. The policy is adoptable by items in none custom made and custom made mode.

No longer needing the item or do not like it anymore

Customer may return the package to the designated shipping address, and cover the fare for package return with the confirmation of their eligibility for return with customer service before sending items back. The policy is adoptable by items in none custom made and custom made mode.

Providing of wrong information for order processing

Under circumstance for iDreamMart processed the order by strictly following the size, color and style of product which selected from customer. iDreamMart shall offer the following solution in the event of customer realized the size, color and style of product purchased was incompatible to the receiving. (Customer provide the wrong information for order processing).

Customer may return the package to the designated shipping address, and cover the fare for package return after receiving return authorization from customer service.

Wrong address provided for shipment

iDreamMart shall take full responsibility for shipping the package to the address provided by customer. No refund is offered in the event of customer claiming the providing of wrong address when package is on the way to the shipping address.

iDreamMart, according to the terms of shipment with UPS/ FEDEX/EMS/TNT/DHL which the service for package re-route is unavailable for customer. Please contact UPS/ FEDEX/EMS/TNT/DHL for further requisition. Please be aware that corresponding terms are applied on different carrier, customer shall self pay for the fare of re-route according to the payment requisition from the carrier.
